Sellers Submit Quotations
Approved sellers review published tenders and submit itemised quotations with pricing, taxes, and delivery terms.
Admin Evaluates & Awards
Admin ranks quotations on L1/L2/L3 basis by lowest bid, approves the best offer, and notifies the buyer.

Open to cooperative societies and registered organisations. A fee of ₹5,000 applies per requisition published.
Register as a Seller
Open to GST-registered firms with valid PAN, MSME, and business certificates. A registration fee of ₹2,000 applies per quotation.

The Co-operative eProcurement Portal is a government-grade digital tendering platform designed to bring transparency, accountability, and efficiency to the procurement processes of cooperative societies. All transactions are governed by applicable cooperative procurement regulations.
